I’ve seen a number of sites that offer to print your books. The first I tried was Apple’s photo book printing service. Looked great at the time. Later I tried others and found out they could often do a better job than Apple.  Blurb is by far the most evolved software I’ve come across. What I also like is that they offer software for Mac & PC.
