When a financial system runs aground consumers will have to pay for it. They are part of the system and were benefactors for a long time. It’s not been their fault but they are in for it nevertheless, sadly enough.

That’s a very pressing topic - extremely drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB). Right now it’s mostly Third World countries that are affected but sooner or later it’s gonna reach our shores as well and we’re in for a devilish ride if we do not take action NOW.

We are right on track with those netbooks. The more articles like these I read the more certain I am that netbook like devices will revolutionize classrooms the world over, quite soon. The time frame I predict until netbooks or their offspring will hit classrooms en masse is a maximum of 10 to 15 years from now.
